Robin Runstein

 

Robin Runstein began her legal career over two decades ago at Multnomah Defenders Inc. After gaining experience in criminal defense she began to focus her talents assisting people with their Oregon family law issues.  Robin represents litigants in all aspects of family law including cases involving criminal charges or allegations of restraining orders, stalking orders, marriage dissolution and DHS matters.  Over the past 23 years Robin has tried hundreds of jury and bench trials in many counties across the state of Oregon.

Robin is a Portland native who is committed to helping those in her community.  When she isn’t litigating, she likes to hang out with her two sons, watch and play soccer, and travel.

 Andrea Raschio is Robin’s Legal Assistant and Paralegal.  With an extensive legal background spanning eighteen years, Andrea has worked as a paralegal for several high-profile trial attorneys.  She has worked on a large variety of diverse cases, ranging from construction defect and corporate business matters to complex criminal litigation.  She has garnered experience in the areas of estate planning, conservatorships, and guardianships.  She is a detail-oriented problem solver and embraces her role as liaison to Robin’s clients.  Outside of work, Andrea is a classical violinist, an avid hiker and a devoted mother.
